Our client are currently seeking a fluent German speaker for a permanent Sales Order Coordinator position to be located in Crawley, West Sussex. Primary Objectives: Manage day-to-day operations of Customer Service with direct customer responsibility for the German region; Main Responsibilities: Co-ordinate customer order fulfilment; Raise stock replenishment purchase orders where necessary; Raise and expedite purchase orders; Process customer sales orders and produce invoices; Manage sample process as per Melrob/Nordmann system Establish, manage and update product purchase price lists as appropriate; Establish, manage and update customer costing/product sales price lists as appropriate; Any other reasonable duties as deemed appropriate by the department manager. Other duties: ISO 9001:2008 - must work within set guidelines and raise Non Conformances when necessary. Key Skills/Experience: Essential: Must be fluent in written and spoken English and German

An Exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Case Handler to work on a contract basis until the end of 2019 in Crawley, West Sussex for a Global Leading Financial Consultancy on a remediation project (PPI or Pensions) £170 per day on offer for Shift Patterns of 3pm until 11pm - Mon-Friday. Planned Start Date in August 2019. Experience Required: Previous experience working on a PPI or Pensions remediation project, ideally within the Financial Industry.
