Business Support Manager/Office Manager - Leeds City Centre Transition Partners are currently recruiting for a Business Support /Office Manager to join our team, based in Leeds (right near the train station) we specialise in IT, Digital, Business Change & Transformation recruitment. We pride ourselves on being the best, we are an energetic team of 15 currently but we have BIG plans and are looking for the right people to play a key part of this! We currently have the need for an Office Manager to be part of our growing team. Responsibilities/Duties: Follows up on phone calls and contacts as appropriate Prioritising workloads for the team, managing workloads and resource management Answers general emails and postal correspondence with customers and suppliers Checking & Covering CV's Processing expenses and invoices Chase bad debt as and when required Managing the holiday calendar for the company Ensures all supplies are always replenished such as tea, coffee etc. Assisting with recruitment as and when required Always remain positive and help to encourage the Consultants to drive the team and business performance Send out motivational Emails and organise incentives for the team Assists with training and organising work shops Organise the files and archive accurate records Manage all suppliers Manage health and safety as well as fire regulations within the office Negotiates and manages office insurance contracts Monitors training material and confirm everything is up to date Arranges travel and accommodation plans for the Directors and team as and when required Creates offer letters and employment contracts Assists with commission statements Updates figures/spreadsheets and boards Organises and audits the company's systems, databases, and procedures Provides administrative support for the Directors as needed Contractor Payroll & Compliance Staff Payroll Acts as PA to the Directors, includes booking personal appointments, post office, returns etc. Assists with the implementation of GDPR and provides continued support Requirement to stay late as and when required in order to support client requirements and the TP team Skills: Works well under pressure Committed & prepared for not just a 9-5 role, we like people to go the extra mile Time management & prioritisation skills Confidence & self-motivation Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to meet deadlines and targets Previous experience with Xero is desired Previous experience of processing payroll Ideally used to working with external contractors / clients Incentives: Regular events and excursions with the team Annual Incentive - Trip abroad if we hit an achievable target as a team, this year Dublin Training through the Institute of Recruitment Corporate Massages Day off for your Birthday Weekly Yoga Beer/Wine Fridge for Friday's Pension Friday 4pm finishes Please APPLY for more information today!
