We have an exciting opportunity for a desktop support engineer to join a blue chip company in London for an initial 6 week contract. Required Skills & Experience -Hardware and Application support for Windows 7, 8 & 10 -Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 Cloud Technologies -Support in a Microsoft Active Directory domain environment, including basic account administration and group policy. -Microsoft Exchange 2010 email environment -Software related issues -Hardware related issues -Printer set up and configurations -Decommissioning of Laptops/desktops -Server installations -Server decommissioning -Network troubleshooting -New starter laptop set ups -Wireless connectivity issues -Liaising with service desk -Installation of software -Re-imaging of laptops via SCCM -General troubleshooting/problem solving -Understanding of TCPIP and basic network skills So if you are a Desktop Support Engineer looking for your next exciting contract please apply today!
