Permanent London (City) £up to £80,000 Responsible for the holistic systems road map for my client and its managed clients which involves maintaining existing systems and planning and implementing new ones to meet the demands of the business Responsible for the management of the Systems team. Role: Manage the day to day activities of the Systems team. Fostering the relevant attitudes, knowledge, and skills as well as motivating, delegating and monitoring performance. Manage the overall system implementation and improvement roadmap with due regard for my client's business timetable, priorities and resource limitations. Pricing Actuary - General Insurance Pricing, Property Insurance, Delegated Authority & great communication skills. Contract London 3 months Initially £765/day My prestigious client is looking to recruit a Pricing Actuary for an initial period of 3 months. You will be working in the Property Delegated Authority to undertake case pricing and rating model development. Qualified or near qualified actuary with at least 4-5 years' work experience Prior general insurance pricing experience - particularly in Property insurance 3-month contract to provide additional resource for key policy renewal period Majority of work will be individual case pricing, and some pricing model development in Property Delegated Authorities division. It will involve regular (daily) contact with underwriters, so will need someone with strong communication skills. Working alongside two newly qualified actuaries with experience ranging from 5-10 years. Will look at more experienced actuaries, so long as they are willing to perform the above role and get involved to meet priorities as they come up.
