Project Manager required by a highly successful and growing financial services company who are undertaking a programme of change. This role will provide the suitable candidate with a wide variety of projects to deliver that involve working across business and technical teams. Responsibilities include: Leading project resources in a Matrix managed environment. Engaging with key business stakeholders to evaluate requirements and current challenges Management of project plans, risks and issues Working closely with business users, IT, technical teams and external vendors to drive projects forward Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Project management qualification with a strong academic background 2+ years experience of varied project delivery incl. process improvement, new system implementations. Background in business/process analysis, running workshops and gathering business requirements Experience of project managing the delivery of new technology Confident communication skills and the ability to influence across a diverse stakeholder group Delivery focussed with exceptional organisation and documentation skills This is an excellent opportunity that offers excellent career development opportunities.
