The project focus is around interfaces for adding role administration rights for users, log-in session rules, secure token passes with URL's and managing boundary controls/Firewalls. Essential: SC Eligible First level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) Experienced Scrum Master for a number of years for software development teams that have been diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. Good skills and experience around leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc) Experience of working on large programmes having number of cross-functional teams. Ability to articulate clearly technical challenges and dependencies to the management team. Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving. You are the first and primary customer point of contact with regards the communication compliance solutions into the Capital Markets side of large Global Financial Clients. As the relationship expert for strategic global accounts, you will also work in deep collaboration with the pre-sales teams to deliver a compelling value proposition that positions solutions to solve customer problems and differentiates the business from the competition. You will be charged with effectively selling the organisations complete Communication Compliance solutions with a high degree of sophisticated product knowledge and advanced selling skills. The Strategic Account Executive is also engaged in both managing the existing client relationship as well as expanding opportunities for new products. Education/Experience: Education: BA or BS from an accredited university in a Business, IT, Computer Science, Sales or Marketing field. Experience of selling voice recording solutions within the financial services/capital markets industry.
