Job Description What you'll do: Working in the Customer Experience Team, you will be part of a fast paced, unique and energetic environment that offers something new and exciting every day, as well as supporting the wider Customer Operations tribe during major sporting events. How you'll do it: You will begin your journey in the classroom with our Customer Experience Trainers learning how to be experts in the following: Customer queries - Chat/phone/email Administrative queries such as resetting passwords and verifying customers Keeping up to date with new and existing promotions Providing solutions to customer issues and offering industry leading service Once you have developed these skills out on the floor and learnt all you need to know about our customers, you will then specialise and move into our Account, Bet or Gaming teams. How we work: The role requires our Advisors to think and act for the customer, to promote game changing thinking and be an amazing colleague by maintaining a positive attitude, listening to and enjoy helping others. Working 16 hours per week, evenings and weekends, with the shifts between the hours of 1 during weekdays and 0 on weekends. What happens next? If you pass your telephone screening, you will be invited to attend one of our assessment centres in October.
