Job Description What you'll do: Working in the Customer Experience Team, you will be part of a fast paced, unique and energetic environment that offers something new and exciting every day, as well as supporting the wider Customer Operations tribe during major sporting events. How you'll do it: You will begin your journey in the classroom with our Customer Experience Trainers learning how to be experts in the following: Customer queries - Chat/phone/email Administrative queries such as resetting passwords and verifying customers Keeping up to date with new and existing promotions Providing solutions to customer issues and offering industry leading service Once you have developed these skills out on the floor and learnt all you need to know about our customers, you will then specialise and move into our Account, Bet or Gaming teams. How we work: The role requires our Advisors to think and act for the customer, to promote game changing thinking and be an amazing colleague by maintaining a positive attitude, listening to and enjoy helping others. Working 16 hours per week, evenings and weekends, with the shifts between the hours of 1 during weekdays and 0 on weekends. What happens next? A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone to join our Case Management team as a Customer Due Diligence Analyst to assist with protecting both the company and our customers. Case Management form part of the wider Risk & Responsibility department operating as a point of escalation & review for cases which pose an increased risk of social responsibility issues, fraud or money laundering. What you'll do: As part of the Case Management team you will adhere to the SBG Licensing Objectives ensuring we keep gambling fair and open, protect the vulnerable & children and preventing crime funded gambling. As a CDD Analyst you will be responsible for reviewing customer due diligence reports and deciding the next course of action. You will conduct in-depth funding conversations with customer's which my lead to the request of further documentation. You will be responsible for identifying and investigating complex potential fraudulent claims against the business. How you'll do it: To be successful and play an integral part of our Case Management Team you will be able to demonstrate a logical and structured thought process to facilitate sound decision making and justification. You will have experience of working within a due diligence or fraud department and have the confidence in making decisions and recommendations to the management teams. We work in a fast-paced environment, you must be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines and thrive in high pressure situations.
