What you'll be doing You will be supporting the Customer Engagement Manager and the wider team helping to articulate the Bupa story to existing clients, prospects and intermediaries - maximising our partnerships and client experience. You will support your manager in creating and executing compelling new business and renewal pitches in addition to visits to our Manchester office, Bupa Place ensuring each client receives the required level of focus, input and personalisation, clearly demonstrating Bupa's key differentiators. In addition to this, you will work with strategic clients to manage and deliver bespoke multi-channel communication projects, within agreed timescales and budgets to maximise the value of the Bupa partnership. Strong communication skills will be key, along with the ability to work proactively and be flexible depending on the project. The ability to push back and ensure that we are prioritising the most valuable clients to deliver clear and tangible benefits is pivotal What's a typical day? Building strong relationships with the Sales Teams, managing the expectations and requirements of key stakeholders. Prioritising requests and managing the expectations of Sales Teams by providing expert marketing solutions. Briefing, creating and managing the development of any new communication requirements and liaising with the appropriate agencies. Working with the wider Customer Engagement team to deliver successful campaigns through the appropriate media channels. Ensuring that communication messages are consistent and compelling and differentiate Bupa Building strong links with external suppliers and colleagues in other functions Understanding the relevant business processes to deliver projects within agreed timescales and budgets. Maintaining customer focus across all communications activity. Who we're looking for? University undergraduate studying a marketing or business-related degree. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise clearly with other areas of the business and present ideas (written and verbal) across a number of different functional areas. Experience of managing projects, being a self starter and identifying opportunities for both business and individual development. Good understanding of customer touchpoints across the different channels. Solid numerical and analytical skills. What's it like to work here?
