Customer Support Administrator - London Waterloo | £18,000-£30,000 salary depending on experience (Conveyancing Search / Legal Administration and Support) Customer Support Consultants are responsible for supporting clients with ordering and managing their online searches and services. The role involves building strong relationships both with Suppliers as well as client base in the UK. The aim of the role is to disrupt customer service provided on the market by the competitors and bring it to a top level, where clients feel personally attached to their support team. The role is reporting to the Customer Support Manager and is based in Woking. Responsibilities Support clients through answering, distributing and maintaining incoming questions related to orders Log clear and accurate support calls and maintain updates on all enquiries Assist in the training and ongoing support of client base Communicate and raise searching related enquiries with Data Provider and Authorities Support clients in enquiries raised through pre and post completion searching and services Maintain advanced knowledge of the products and services Enquire with Suppliers on current turnaround times and searching requirements Proactive communication with development team around suppliers' improvements and changes made to ordering system Competencies Great team player, a passion and desire to make a difference Polite, articulate telephone manner Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and constantly develop technical skills Flexible attitude around learning new software and implementing changes within the process Problem solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
