Role Definition and Responsibilities: As Principal Consultant, you are responsible for driving revenue and margin growth within one of our strategic markets - Oracle NetSuite. Your focus will be growing our Group Brand presence, forging first class relationships with customers and candidates, develop our resourcing and recruitment capability, and promote the consultancy services of our sister company called SANSA (an Oracle NetSuite Alliance Partner) across the UK NetSuite market. You will report to the UK Managing Director at SystemsAccountants but also have an active communication line into the MD/Professional Services Director at SANSA. You will also have a key relationship with the Managing Consultant of the Finance Systems and ERP practice in SystemsAccountants. NetSuite Business Development and Networking centric role - selling SA Group core services around resource and consultancy to an existing NetSuite customer or NetSuite prospect. Capable of an elevated and sophisticated SA Group (SystemsAccountants and SANSA) pitch to customers. 360 Degree Recruiter position - permanent and contract. NetSuite Talent Mapping - In-depth qualification and identification of the best people/talent in the NetSuite market but also become the "go to person" for career opportunities and specialist/hard to find skills ie OpenAir & PBCS. Systems Replacement Business Pipeline - working closely with FS and ERP teams to understand Legacy/on-premise customers that might change and go for NetSuite or undertake a systems evaluation and selection initiative. Promoting SA Finance Transformation/Programme Governance Resource Services. Centrally involved in attending or organising NetSuite conferences, networking, industry sector events, breakfast seminars, thought leadership meetings whilst promoting our SA Group Brands. Highly skilled and being active on LinkedIn to produce articles, marketing collateral, videos, and developing your personal and company brand. Building relationships with NetSuite Sales Team and identify prospects for the SA Group. Promoting & manage cross-divisional selling and networking across all UK and International teams. Create, produce and deliver appropriate level of marketing mailshots in order to achieve revenue objectives Opportunity to grow a recruitment sales team once revenues are established and proved you are a consistent biller with the NetSuite recruitment market and generated sales/referrals for SANSA. 1 year + Develop a hybrid skill set of recruitment sales and consultancy services. Compensation:- Competitive basic salary Commission and Bonus Wider Benefits Package - 22 days holiday rising to 25 days, pension, private healthcare. Location:- This role will be based in London but you will be expected to travel across the UK when required for business meetings.
