A mobile role, you will be required to travel between clients and CIC' production facilities, you will need a full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel extensively with this role. To develop and maintain accurate forecasting of BAU activity within your designated accounts using historical information, information supplied by clients and your general business sector awareness. Becoming a Finance Officer - Client Billing with Capita Travel & Events (6 month fixed term contract): Resolve client and venue queries, and raise invoices accordingly for NYS and CTE clients What you will do: Check venue invoices for accuracy against booking file. Raise queries with venue/client where necessary, agree amounts due and obtain refunds/substantiating documentation. Raise invoices to clients for meetings and events booked. Deal with customer queries on invoices raised. Process advance and deposit payments. Chase venues for invoices, credit notes and credit card receipts. File booking files once invoiced.
