A leading NFP organisation is seeking an OD Consultant to help design their future state operating model in conjunction with a major Digital Transformation Key Responsibilities: Lead OD activity in order to produce a TOM design for the organisation Running activity analysis on current structures and people Work closely with the wider transformation team to identify change impacts of process and technology changes Support the HR lead to produce a detailed Organisational Design across HR, Finance, IT and client facing departments Design of end state roles in end state teams The successful candidate will have: A strong background in people/change Must have experience working on OD projects Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience of working on system deployment project Experience setting up a PMO would be function would be highly desirable

Key Responsibilities: Construct and implement asset transfer/transition strategies with a strong emphasis on risk management and cost reduction Produce/review necessary transition documentation Calculate, instruct and monitor the necessary transitions to implement client activities Co-ordinate relevant stakeholders, including our clients and their advisors, investment managers and administrators. Close interaction with internal dealing, investment and sales teams. Project management: provide a central point of contact throughout an activity and deliver first class client experience. Report on activities undertaken.
