Interim HR Advisor - FTC 12 months (maternity cover) Employee Relations: Advise and guide management on a range of issues including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters and flexible working arrangements To ensure company policies are kept updated and are current and relevant along with the Head of HR. Coaching managers to perform competently in terms of HR line management responsibilities. Performance Management: To ensure continuous performance management is in place, to promote a highly engaged workforce with regular check-ins. Reward: To work with the Head of HR on the company benefits program To ensure that staff incentive programmes are implemented and continually reviewed to maintain effective and on-going employee engagement. General: To work effectively with all teams, companies and associates to ensure consistency, efficiency, professionalism and effective communication. To meet with key stakeholders on a monthly basis as part of our HRBP model To comply with all statutory legislation and policy i.e. GDPR, Gender Pay Gap, Auto Enrolment, Gender Diversity, Health & Safety and to attend any training as requested by the company and required by law. The bit….we need you to be really great at: Experience as generalist HR Advisor/HR Business Partner CIPD qualified and a passion for continuous professional development Comfortable working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment, working at an operational and strategic level. Skilled and experienced in organisational development and change, performance management, reward and learning and development. Have worked in a similar industry or a service related industry Organised with the ability to manage and prioritise a challenging and busy workload Good knowledge of employment law and commercial in your approach Excellent people management and influential skills Analytical and goal oriented Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Self-starter with a drive to make things happen at pace Strong emotional intelligence, listening, influencing and coaching skills A high level of resilience Strong in word, excel and PowerPoint If you know some of this even better!
