Regional Retail Manager Tech Sector A Global leader in IT security and information management, our client boasts a top class large Global workforce and equally impressive client base. They require a Regional Retail Manager (South East UK Region) with 2-3 years of experience in a field-based retail (either training or merchandising) role promoting software or technology into electrical retailers in the UK to join them, initially on a 6 month contract with possible ongoing opportunities to take charge of optimising their merchandising in physical electrical stores and any emerging channels in the future. BBBH 11831 The Ideal Candidate: 2-3 years of experience in a field-based retail (either training or merchandising) role promoting software or technology into electrical retailers in the UK Full UK driving license with own car & enjoys driving A passion for working in a field based role with retail partners in a fast paced, challenging & dynamic environment Flexibility to work evenings and to provide training to retailers occasionally at weekends Strong coaching, communication and relationship building skills Proven ability to be motivated working with little supervision Day to Day Responsibilities include: Executing local in-store merchandising with major Retail partners Creating & managing relationships with in-store sales staff Securing/maximizing shelf space for product & POS in-store Delivering product training, materials, information and incentives to store staff Listening post - gathering competitive intelligence & communicating this to Marketing Extensive travel to maintain a programme of store visits to an agreed calendar within a defined region Developing relationships with store managers, computing section heads, specialist staff & advocating Norton Setting up & carrying out training sessions, when needed beyond regular retail hours, with a variety of staff Organizing logistics and helping to deliver a variety of regional events Providing feedback (gained from interaction with store staff) back to Marketing on products, promotions, POS, and anything else that could develop our business Take responsibility for monitoring in-store pricing & competitors and delivering information back in a timely manner Attending quarterly meeting at head office (Reading or London) to provide feedback on activity from last quarter Benefits: An attractive salary equivalent, based on experience up to a maximum of £29,000 per annum plus commission and mileage Great onsite subsidized canteen with top class food. Senior Administrative Specialist (Part time) A Global leader in IT security and information management, our client boasts a top class large Global workforce and equally impressive client base. Based in Reading, they require a Senior Administrative Specialist & Project Assistant, with 3-4 years plus experience in an office management/facilities coordination role in a large organization and some project coordination experience. Initially on a 6-month contract, working 20-hours a week. This an interesting and varied part time position where you will support our client's IT Security Operation Center in general office management, arrangement of customer visits and monitoring facilities. You will also act as a project coordinator facilitating the move to a new location planned for late 2018. Job Reference: BBBH 12198 A General Day: Work with the Operations Manager on project tracking and follow up. Liaise with the business and other teams. Oversee and communicate with internal/external stakeholders regarding project tasks and deliverables. Manage the project schedule tracking, and progress. Maintain consistency and coordination between delivery teams. Present status and other details on the project to the business. Highlight risk areas and improvements.
