Creative Producer - LATAM Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture. They require a fluent Portuguese or Spanish creative Producer with at least 8 years producer experience, creative agency or production house experience and familiar running large, complex international projects with multiple stakeholders. Initially on a 3-month project, the successful candidate will be the first person only dedicated to the LATAM region, which offers great scope for opportunities. Job Reference: BBBH 13482 What will a general day involve? Liaise with creative teams to select and onboard the right external partners to up-level creative work. Define project schedules and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partners. Oversee creative agencies and bid production companies, pitches, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans. Expand roster and network of creative partners in LATAM region. Source contractors in LATAM region for specific projects Develop and manage systems for localization of assets, including translation and transcreations. Administer project statements of work, estimates and related parameters Oversee external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, creative agencies etc.) Manage all stages of campaign production Coordinate with Business Affairs, sourcing, legal, comms and policy to ensure that all materials are vetted at the right stages of production. What are the key skills for this role? 8+ years producer experience, creative agency or production house experience. Experience running large, complex international projects with multiple stakeholders. LATAM experience including some knowledge of vendors, partners and agencies within key markets including Brazil, Mexico and Argentina. Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish. Experience working with Product Marketing and understanding client objectives. Experience with legal aspects of production. Understanding of contractual agreements and talent negotiations. Knowledge of live action video, digital, animation and print formats. What are the benefits?
