Our Client, a large aerospace engineering organisation is looking for Non certifying Engineer to be based in Bournemouth on an initial 12 weeks contract. As a Mechanical Non certifying Engineer your main responsibilities will involve: Non Certifying Engineers are responsible to Leading NCE, B1 or B2 Certifying Engineer for: Conducting all maintenance tasks on Helicopter Services aircraft in accordance with Approved Data contained within OEM Maintenance Manuals, requirements of Part 145, Helicopter Services Maintenance Organisation Exposition or any other company procedures. Cleanliness and tidiness of the work area. Compliance with established Tool Control procedures. Reporting of unserviceability to Aircraft, Equipment, and Services identified during the course of His/Her duty. Secondary duties allocated to him by the Shift Supervisor or superiors. For example, but not limited to, POL, Publications, Tool Inventories etc. Ensure that they adhere to all HR policies and procedures as defined within the HR and Company Administration Manual. Ensure that they adhere to the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures and safe working practices. Actively promote the Helicopter Services Safety Management and Occurrence Scheme through proactive, open and timely reporting. Reporting any incidence or occurrence that may affect flight safety, endanger persons or led to an unsafe condition. Accomplishing any other duties within their capability as may be reasonably directed or delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor (where applicable) or Shift Supervisor. Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive aircraft maintenance experience (Bell 412/212 experience) with an accredited apprenticeship or work experience in the aircraft industry and been directly working on operational aircraft. Capable of working with the minimum of supervision. Capable of meeting the regulatory requirements in every respect.
