Our client is a world renowned Building Society. On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 month temporary contract based in Glasgow. Purpose of the Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll respond to enquiries by phone, you will be speaking to our members, brokers and solicitors. You'll exceed expectations by delivering a personal, accountable, friendly and knowledgeable service and always ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained. You don't need experience in call centres or mortgages for this role, we are looking for customer focused candidates who have the right attitude & enthusiasm for always ensuring the customer gets the best outcome.
