As a Customer Project Manager you will be the primary contact for our customers during their first 3 months of having their new telephone systems and services. You will liaise with a number of departments ensuring that all services and equipment are delivered and installed within the required time frames and to the customer's complete satisfaction. You will have continuous communication with your customer's keeping them updated on all areas of the project and taking ownership any customer queries that may arise during the project. This is a fast paced role that requires excellent communication and the ability to prioritise and multi task. This role would be great for someone with strong customer service skills as well as high level administration that is looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to have experience working on computers with the ability to learn different software packages. As Network Billing Coordinator, you will work alongside the Network Billing Manager to assist with the day to day running of the 4Com Network Services team, ensuring the smooth connection of our customers to our chosen Network Carrier. The post holder will assist with existing customer queries and aid in the monthly invoicing (billing run) of our customers. As well as setting up new customer accounts, you will be responsible for investigating and reporting any network faults to the relevant provider. This role requires someone who is able to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry, within a fast paced environment. You need to possess strong IT skills and have great customer service throughout all processes.
