A MARKET LEADING Banking client based in London require a bright and ambitious Training Administrator/Coordinator to join them for a longer term engagement. You will be permanently employed with Ajilon and working as a consultant onsite with the Bank with scope for long term opportunity. Key Skills & Experience: A previous Training coordination or similar learning and development background Able to work with individuals from colleague to senior management levels Experience of scheduling/ordering training equipment or similar required Good grasp of Excel (Macro/VBA level would be a bonus but NOT essential) Self starter with a drive to succeed Able to travel to several locations on occasion with the odd overnight stay. The Role: The Training Coordinator will be assisting with the management of operations related activities within the people and capability training lab. He/She will be heavily involved in Agile essential training sessions, booking of venues, checking materials are fully stocked ahead of a training events, managing colleague invites, attendance lists and basic stats about the event utilising Excel. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for helping to gather training feedback and using Excel to report to management on experience so that future training can be improved.
