What will you be doing? With large scale investments being introduced to improve our leakage prevention and response rates, we are looking for a Leakage Analyst to join our industry leading Leakage team on a fixed term/secondment basis for 12 months, to help us continue our successes across the Lincoln area. As a Leakage Analyst you'll support and enable our leakage delivery teams to achieve stringent performance targets and deliver a great customer experience along the way. Key responsibilities include: Generate reports and data analysis on areas such as KPIs, Level of Service and productivity Review field survey data and raise repair instructions Plan work for field teams, contractor detection teams to assist plan production Liaise with repair contractors and Operational Planners and Schedulers Liaise with and enhance the customer journey whether is be internal or external What do you need?
