Full time
Legacy Marketing Manager Action on Hearing Loss £36K - £40K Action on Hearing Loss (formerly the RNID) is the UK's largest charity for the 11 million people in the UK who confront deafness, tinnitus and hearing loss every day. Established in 1911, they help people to take control of their lives and live the life they choose, removing the barriers standing in their way. Based in Highbury and Islington, they are currently looking to recruit a Legacy Marketing Manager. Sitting within the Individual Giving team, circa £8 million is generated from legacies each year. To help them to continue to achieve this aim they are looking for someone to manage their Legacy Marketing and In-Memoriam and join their top notch team. We are looking for someone with the ambition to drive forward these two areas of great importance for the charity. Legacy income accounts for over 70% of the charity's income. In-memory giving is currently an underdeveloped programme, with a great deal of untapped potential. You will be tasked with developing innovative strategies and engagement mechanisms, to enhance the journeys of those giving in-memory. Furthermore, you will organise and deliver a minimum of six legacy events per year, actively encouraging engagement from supporters across the whole charity. You will manage income and expenditure budget and work to build strong relationships with suppliers, both internal and external, to deliver campaigns and events to time and to budget. You will be an excellent strategist and direct marketer, someone with the ability to think 'big picture' with the skills and desire to deliver on the ideas you have developed. If you have the ambition to do great things, in a team which will challenge, support and inspire you, then this is the role for you. Interested applicants should send the CV to Ben Garner at Charity People The role will likely close before the official closing date if we receive suitable candidates. Charity People have been retained by Action on Hearing Loss to find applicants. All direct applicants should contact Ben Garner
