The Operations Executive Intern will deal directly with our hosts to ensure their experience is outstanding, from the initial onboarding right the way through to ongoing Account Management. Your time will be divided between time in the office in Bristol, ensuring your hosts are happy and out and about Bristol & Bath, visiting new hosts' homes and ensuring that they are onboarded to the Airsorted platform in an efficient and timely manner. You will also assist in planning resourcing the contractor and supplier team to deliver on our customer promise (make it easy for our clients to host, deliver great value and build trust). You'll be part of a rapidly expanding team. The Weekend Operations Executive will: Run the busy day-to-day operations, including: problem solving, crisis management and scheduling.
