The role: support the process of continual review and development to ensure the programmes continue to meet the high standard of the firm play a key role in mentoring more junior members of the team assist with organisation of development centres ensuring the firm is up to date with the latest approaches to learning & development To be successful in this role you will need: experience of delivering professional skills training to be a confident communicator, able to work collaboratively, with strong attention to detail to be able to multi-task and manage one's time effectively and efficiently and to have worked in Legal or professional services experience using an LMS.
