Business Support Coordinator Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator working within the Logistics / Supply Chain industry based in Annesley, Nottinghamshire on a fixed term contract to start as soon as possible initially until the end of November 2019 The purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive reporting and analytical support to the Customer Service function that enables effective service performance and adherence to KPI's, to support the management of disruptions to service and supply through the accurate and timely production of reports and provision of analytical expertise In the role of Business Support Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:- • Produce daily / weekly / monthly statistical reports to scheduled timings • Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external colleagues • Ensure own actions support equality, diversity and rights • Conduct as required, other duties or instruction within scope of the post and appropriate to the grading • Produce analytical information and reports on an ad-hoc, as needed, and timely basis Qualifications & Experience needed to become successful in the role of Business Support Coordinator are:- • Previous experience working in a dynamic service, sales or marketing environment • Strong skills using MS office applications, primarily: EXCEL AND ACCESS • Ability to gather, analyse, manipulate and present data in a meaningful manner • PC literature with high ability using Outlook • Excellent verbal and written communication, including reports and updates • Possess good people skills and comfortable working with colleagues at varying levels • Ideally experienced at using Google Applications (But not essential) likewise at using a CRM Business tool (Ideal but not essential) • Able to work alone and without supervision • Have good organisational skills – able to multi-task and re-prioritise if needed. Able to prioritise and manage a number of on-going projects and work requirements • Able to meet sudden and challenging deadlines and be flexible where required – due to the dynamic nature of the service teams work • At all times project a cheerful, friendly and helpful attitude to all colleagues • Excel – advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT). Pivot tables & charts, slicers • Access – maintaining and modifying existing queries. Creating new queries including Append and Update. Familiarity with forms and macros • VBA – understanding existing code, able to maintain, troubleshoot and modify.
