A membership organisation based in central London, are looking for an Administrator to join their team for a temporary period.
Answering the phones
Taking payments over the phone
Issuing new renewal paperwork where required.
Processing payments and setting up direct debits
Updating database with payment details, direct debit details and other contact detail updates
Sending receipts generated via Integra.
Collating joining packs.
Knowledge of Integra - ESSENTIAL
Database skills - ESSENTIAL
Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
