Main duties of this PA role are:
Diary management
Organise and set up meetings, preparing agendas and minuting as needed
Act as first point of contact for Trustees
Taking calls and dealing with general enquiries
Act as direct liaison for the Development department, tracking all donor meetings ensuring briefing are provided by the team, manage all correspondence, ensuring emails/letters are sent and recorded
Draft correspondence and standard letter and produce reports, minutes and proposals
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
Assist with projects
Maintain the database
Maintain office systems
Provide administrative support for the Development department
Attend events when required to meet,
Processing expenses and record/monitor invoices and expenses
Ad hoc duties when requiredThe successful candidate must have demonstrable experience within a busy office, in a range of secretarial and administrative duties. You need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational skills with proven ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload and work positively under pressure to meet deadlines. You need to have excellent attention to detail, good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a range of people. You need to have good team working skills and have strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
