PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR- ELLESMERE PORT £18,000 - 19,000 basic salary plus healthcare cash back scheme, pension scheme, 25 day's annual leave plus an additional day off for charity work. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm. OUR CLIENT WILL ALSO CONSIDER A PART TIME WORKER FOR THIS ROLE COVERING FULL DAYS MONDAY, TUESDAY WEDNESDAY. Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a leading temps driven recruitment agency based from their Ellesmere Port head office. The position will sit within their industrial and driving division, working as part of a team of 2 managing weekly payroll for c. 200 temps working for a range of different clients. The Payroll Administrator will work in partnership with the current Payroll Administrator to share these payroll duties, having the ability to deal with time sheets submitted both via client portals and individual emails. You will process all weekly payroll between you, although in busy periods will have assistance from the Managing Director and will also deal with incoming queries from temps around their time sheets and payroll and also chase any outstanding time sheets or payroll information from both temps and clients. This role will suit someone with existing volume payroll experience ideally working for a recruitment agency or umbrella company currently, perhaps you are a Resourcer or Recruitment Admin in charge of Payroll wanting to specialise? As our client do supply to multiple clients ranging from large transport companies to smaller independents ideally you will have experience of working in a pace driven environment where you have been expected to work on multiple tasks and with various stakeholders. This position is based in a vibrant head office environment.
