Insurance Administrator Your new company Hays are recruiting for a temporary to permanent Insurance Administrator, in city centre Manchester, this role is an immediate start and will go permanent for the right candidate. Your new role You will be responsible for full administrative support, accurate data entry, agreed SLAs, provide an excellent level of quality, reporting, inbox and email management, you will research and highlight any potential client opportunities to senior staff, you will search portals, produce submissions, respond to invitations and questionnaires, you will produce documents, brochures, e-shots, format documents, proof read, ensure web page is up to date, support creative team with any administration and any other duties required via management. What you'll need to succeed You will have strong communication skills, you will have an interest in insurance and administration, you will be proficient in IT systems, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, InDesign,you will have excellent attention to detail, you will have excellent organisation skills, you will be immediately available and able to start work at short-notice. What you'll get in return This role is paying up to £18,000 dependant on experience and software skills, this role is a permanent position for the right candidate at a reputable Manchester city centre business.
