Secretary needed in Speke £8.91 ref (phone number removed) This is working full time hours on a temporary basis. Expected duration at least 2 months, but this could be extended. The roles are based in patient services and whilst not a traditional secretary / certainly the roles involve administration. Ability to take minutes, co-ordinate meetings, attention to detail and capable of following instructions without supervision are vital qualities. An all round communicator able to network at all levels. The candidates must be able to audio type and use EMIS - it would be advantageous if they have previous experience of working in a healthcare environment, but medical terminology is used. Skilful in the Microsoft office suite with relevant qualifications - but at minimum ECDL - preferred with more EXCEL knowledge, publisher/powerpoint etc. We are hospice based and the person must recognise that the patient/carers and families are our priority and whilst much of the role is not front facing - one of the roles will be based on the main reception desk for 3 days a week- the other 2 being situated in the office supporting colleagues
