On behalf of our client, a successful Estate Agency in Ashford, Surrey, I am recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator on either a part or full time basis for lettings and sales support. • Call through Rightmove, Zoolpla & On the Markets leads • Arrange and carry out viewings • Negotiate personal offers • Carry out property inspections and prepare reports for landlords • Once the offer is agreed, liaise with tenants and landlords throughout the process to ensure all parties are up to date with what is going on • Add the tenants referencing to the system • Carry out Right to Rent checks • Prepare new tenancy folders • Prepare AST and all associated documents required for tenancy • Notify utility companies via Tenant Shop of new move in and move outs • Book check outs • Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding any deposit deductions • Arrange gas safety certificates • Ensure all files are compliant and hold all relevant documents • Arrange with contractors to quote for property management issues, get approval from landlords and then arrange for the work to be carried out. • General filing Whilst experience in this field would be advantageous it is not essential as training will be given To be considered for this position please submit your CV and I will be in touch accordingly
