Role Overview We are now looking for an Administrator to join our HR team to assist with the recruitment of staff across the company. Based in our head offices in Watford, the successful Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient, cost effective and professional support for the VINCI Recruitment Team for 6 months fixed term contract with possible extension. Tasks & Responsibilities: Acting as an internal consultant to managers on recruitment matters and methods, ensuring Company policy is adhered to Keeping in regular contact with recruiting managers to ensure that jobs are still live and they are receiving appropriate candidates from the agencies Maintaining and managing vacancy databases Administration of the recruitment inbox Assisting in the production of management recruitment reports Managing the internal recruitment approval system Screening of job applications against predefined job requirements Coordinating and arranging interviews Management of invoices/credits/agency cost reports Supporting the team in the delivery of recruitment campaigns or initiatives Liaising with preferred suppliers when new vacancies are received to source suitable candidates Liaising with job boards and internal departments to create and place job adverts Person Specification: Administrative experience gained in a fast paced environment, managing high volume email queries is essential Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous
