This role will be based at their offices in the Nottingham on a permanent basis.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Experience within an administrative position within a social care setting
Knowledge or experience around safeguarding of young people
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Compassion, Empathy and Understanding
The successful candidate will have experience working to deadlines in a demanding fast paced business environment. You will also have excellent communication and organisation skills.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Handling calls in the office from service users, professionals and staff
Checking diaries, emails and handling queries
Monitoring records and providing coaching and feedback
Ensuring reports are submitted in a timely manner
Setting up profiles on case management system
Creating and sending weekly updates to service users
Reporting and following up on maintenance issues
Taking minutes at meetings
Ensuring documents are completed and uploaded
Salary & Working Hours
£17,000 - 17,500
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm
