Fixed Term Contract - 18 months
8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Rare opening for an organised, pro-active Administrator to join my client, a successful and growing construction company based in Mid Kent.
Providing comprehensive PA support to the MD, as well as several other key personnel
Improving processes through strong administrative skills
Managing and updating systems and spreadsheets
Making daily calls internally and externally to gather information on works - building strong relationships with all stakeholders
Managing documentation and extracting information where necessary
Supporting with bids and tender processes
Liaising with customers over any issues and monitoring the resolution of those, updating all parties and recording accurate information as required
Managing multiple priorities and an ever changing schedule
Any other duties as required
The successful candidate will have/be:
An enthusiastic, positive and energetic approach to work
Super organised and methodical with a good attention to detail
Solid administrative experience, ideally with some exposure to the construction industry
Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications
Great customer service skills and a track record of applying these in the workplace
Able to prioritise a busy workload
Switched on and pro-active
High standards both personally and professionally
