Wild Berry Associates is looking for Medical Coordinator to oversee the overall administration and co-ordination of the scenarios examination processes. To work with doctors, academics and examiners to develop and revise clinical examinations material to a high academic standard.
In this role your responsibilities will be:
Line management of the scenarios administrator ensuring all work is carried out to the defined standards and within the agreed time lines.
Manage and regularly audit the scenarios database.
Co-ordinate and forward plan the effective selection, allocation and distribution of scenarios for use in examination centres in the UK.
Work with the managing editor to plan, co-ordinate and manage the editing of scenarios.
Produce and review examination material to a high standard; this includes writing and revising guidance to scenario writers, editors, host centres and examiners.
To lead the regular review of processes and targets for scenario writing and editing, to be aware of any issues and identify and implement changes to ways of working where appropriate.
Work with colleagues and clinicians to keep abreast of any issues and changes which may affect the scenarios and examination processes and to plan.
