They are recruiting for an admin assistant / receptionist:- * Handling and directing telephone and email enquiries * First line customer service * Maintaining office supplies * Ordering couriers * Data entry Administration duties * Preparing documents, printing/scanning Updating CRM and generating Reports * Raising invoices * Basic HR Duties – record-keeping/arranging reviews * PA work for Directors and Sales staff * Based from their west London office (W10) * Monday to Friday 9am till 6pm Skills / Experience needed:- * Customer service / admin experience required * A positive approach to tasks, displaying a ‘can do’ attitude * Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe (Desirable) * Highly motivated * Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively * Ability to interact with clients confidently and * Time management and prioritisation * Proactive in seeking out opportunities for self-development inside the business * Flexible and adaptable nature dealing with changing workloads * Ability to build effective working relationships and manage expectations Salary: * £18k- £22k (depending on experience) * Gym Membership * Co Pension Scheme In the event that you are contacted for a role, please note that as part of the registration process you shall be required to provide a proof of identity as well as proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
