Becoming an Administrator with Capita:
We are currently recruiting for a number of opportunities across various teams within our Service Centre in Edinburgh on a full-time, permanent and 6 month FTC basis. The Service Centre delivers a high volume of transactional services on behalf of a valued global client. Working as part of a team, the successful candidates will have daily interaction with the client, its employees, candidates, and external vendors. Responsibilities will be varied but focus on providing excellent customer service and administrative support within agreed timescales and service level agreements. Full training will be provided.
What you will do:
Be the first point of contact and providing support for all general enquiries
Effectively manage Admin Services inboxes and ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales
Support the delivery of various administrative tasks
Update and maintaining quality data in various client databases
Operate as an effective team member, assisting others and providing training where required
Identify any potential issues and problems, escalating to the Team Leader as they ariseYour experience will include:
Proven track record of providing quality customer service in a similar environment
Previous experience working in an administrative environment
Demonstrated ability with computer skills including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities
Ability to respond to a high volume of queries, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language verbally and with written correspondenceAbout Capita HR Solutions
