This is a part time vacancy 20hrs per week with flexible hours Monday to Friday between 9.00am -17.30. You must have access to your own vehicle as the office is not accessible by public transport. You must also be immediately available to start work. What are the benefits? First point of contact for visitors and calls to the office Handling incoming telephone enquiries Organising events and related hospitality Processing mail, filing and scanning, minute taking Booking and planning travel for management Management of stationary/office supplies Plus many other duties Who is the perfect candidate?
