Project Admin Assistant – Newport Salary: Very Competitive The Role An exciting opportunity has come up to work for a leading Technology company as a Project Assistant. This role will report to the Project Manager and will assist with numerous ongoing projects across the company. Role Responsibilities Include: * Assist the Project Manager in the planning and reporting of projects. * Carry out and assist with administrative tasks for the Project Manager. * Researching material relating to projects. * Maintenance of documentation and filing systems for the day to day management of projects. * Liaise with the project teams. * Assisting the operational delivery teams with project delivery tasks. * Collating PowerPoint presentations. * Attending project meetings, taking minutes and issuing relevant information. * Carry out and assist with administrative tasks for the Project Manager. * Carry out tasks in compliance with Company policies on Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and GDPR legislation. * Ad-hoc travel to operational locations. * Utilising the project programme ‘Teamwork’ and ‘Microsoft Visio’. * Analysing data and creating presentations.
