Redhill £14.00 to £16.00 per hour The purpose of the role as MIS Administrator is to ensure all data relating to Employer Services is accurate, undertaking quality control checks to ensure funding returns are precise. You will be required to maintain and monitor central records for all aspects of the work-based learning provisions. Using bespoke software, you will be required to set up contracts, identify and clear student records. Our client is looking for a temporary member of staff to start immediately on an ongoing basis – this is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:45 – 17:00. Who will suit this role? Working within an ever-changing environment, you will have excellent written English, will be highly accurate and have a great eye for detail, all whilst working to deadlines and compliance. Data management and administrative skills required, with a proven record of ensuring data is complete, accurate and timely is a must, whilst experience of working within Education would be a bonusa. You will have proven experience of using systems, databases, excel at intermediate to advanced level; including Pivot tables, Formulas, V look ups, exporting data. Other key experience would include: * Experience of apprenticeships schemes with knowledge of the levy/non levy. Also knowledge of reporting on apprenticeships. * An advanced knowledge/experience of data handling and entry is key. * Working Experience of EBS software. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Excel.
