Office Administrator Base in Tonbridge Salary - £17,000 Job Responsibilities * Scan documents and attach to the appropriate file on the system. * Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas. * Responsible for managing and monitoring the home inbox, ensuring all allocated out to the appropriate person on a daily basis and in line with SLA’s. * Responsible for the office door entry system, greeting and settling in guests and visitors. * To liaise with suppliers via email and telephone calls to ensure that SLAs are met, as well as highlighting any issues to the Team Leader * To undertake any other individual or team task or activity reasonably requested and in line with company values. Requirements * Previous experience in an insurance environment. * GCSE or equivalent Maths and English * Good organisational skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * PC literate with good administrative skills. * Drive and enthusiasm for meeting targets * Confidence & a professional attitude
