If you are looking to work at a brand-new site that offers neurological care and support then the Partnership Development Manager for The Avalon Centre might be for you. . You will be working alongside the Care Centre Director and Business Development Director for neurological healthcare, whilst being accountable for the Marketing Director and will be the go-to person in marketing for all neurological services at The Avalon Centre. Your role will be heavily involved with the marketing team and the marketing for neurological healthcare. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders through understanding their needs and referring them to appropriate services and teams. . You will be working alongside a new team and service at The Avalon Centre, a service focused on providing support and care for people with neurological conditions, this also includes acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. The new service is situated in Swindon, Wiltshire and is in close proximity to the M4 motorway. . Role - Partnership Development Manager Location - Swindon, Wiltshire Salary - To Be Confirmed Hours - 37.5 per week Closing Date - 7th October 2019 . Your responsibilities . To build a strong working relationship with the Care Centre Director and Clinical Team to understand the services and support service development through appropriate marketing. To build relationships with key stakeholders in all appropriate sectors, assess their needs and link them to the Elysium services and clinical teams. To liaise with the relevant Referrals Manager in relation to converting placement enquiries receive To write e-shots and mailshot letters to help keep stakeholders up to date with developments at the care centre and to maintain the service's visibility. To ensure that the Social Media Executive is kept abreast of appropriate events for posting. To ensure that the flyers for the services are kept up to date in consultation with the Marketing Director. To develop new flyers for the services dependent on need. To develop and maintain copy for the Elysium neurological website. To front all service enquiries coming into the site and pass on as appropriate. To maintain records for all contacts on the company CRM system. To identify and attend conferences and exhibitions with stands to promote the services of the Centre. To take on additional task as requested by the Business Development Director (Neurological) or Marketing Director.. To be successful in this role, you'll need . Experience of working with the Relationship Marketing Model. 2-years' experience in healthcare sector and awareness / knowledge of neurological services. Excellent customer service skills.
