Job Description

It’s exciting times at Agility Group and to support our continued growth we’re looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to help develop and implement a marketing strategy across each of our brands. Established in 2004, Agility Group has two main business streams. Agility Fleet provides Vehicle Funding and Fleet Management, and Agility Risk and Compliance provides training and consultancy in Health & Safety and HR. The main duties of the role are; Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing * Strategy for the Group. * Responsible for identifying those marketing channels that will give a maximum return on investment. * Responsible for ensuring that all marketing expenditure is maintained within agreed budgets. * Ensure that brand guidelines are developed and maintained across all internal and external activities. * Undertake marketing activities in-house to keep agency spend minimised. * Implement strategies that maximise all cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the Group. * Provide regular management reports and KPI’s. E-Marketing * Responsible for data acquisition, categorisation, segmentation * Distribution management of e-shots and e-newsletters to clients * Create new campaign ideas * Promotion of events * Provide regular analysis reports with appropriate recommendations Social Media * Strategic planning of the social media channels * Creation of content * Analyse outcomes * Provide regular analysis reports with appropriate recommendations Paid Search * Set up and management of Google AdWords accounts within agreed budgets * Benchmarking and keyword analysis * Ensure paid search activity is complimentary to organic search activity * Provide regular analysis reports with appropriate recommendations Website * Content Management including SEO management to maximise organic traffic to all Agility sites * Website Reviews, Keyword Analysis. Provide regular analysis reports with appropriate recommendations General Produce board reports and attend Board Meetings as required. Create news articles, blog posts and social media content Creation and management of all branded documentation and promotional items Creation of print ready artwork for all brochures and leaflets Coordinating resources for events including exhibitions, corporate days and in house seminars. PR management Management of external agencies Recruitment, training and development of Marketing staff Skills required for this role are minimum 5 years B2B marketing experience with a good working knowledge of Google AdWords and Analytics. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on own initiative and well as part of a team. Flexible attitude to work arrangements, with excellent attention to detail and well organised and disciplined and ability to prioritise workload. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate how they have created and implemented successful marketing strategies in other service industries. We are seeking someone who shares our company values of flexibility, integrity, and enthusiasm. With a good standard of education and preferably CIM or related Marketing degree. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and familiar with MAC, Microsoft and CRM systems.
