An amazing job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Unit Manager Clinical to work with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers. As a Unit Manager Clinical you will be working in a highly reputable service within the Halewood, Liverpool area.
This special care home consists of five single storey houses which offer a range of care packages including residential, nursing, respite, palliative convalescence and dementia care.
As a Unit Manager Clinical your day to day duties include:
To promote, monitor and implement standards for patient care within the ward/unit environment, evaluating through clinical governance and audit.
Provide clinical leadership, positive role modelling to the ward team, ensuring effective communication across the multidisciplinary team, through supervision, mentoring and appraisal.
Ensure all CPA and risk assessment and HONOS is an integral part of the patients care and that it is monitored and updated on a regular basis.
Develop and lead regular patient feedback mechanisms e.g. satisfaction surveys, outcome studies, community meetings.
Ensure all staff and patient census data is completed efficiently and on time, and that patient data is recorded accurately on Medtrak, or similar database.
An ideal Unit Manager Clinical you must have these skills and be able to meet these requirements as they are all beneficial for this position:
You must have previous experience in a management role
You must have a proven track record in delivering good care results
You must have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA)
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Unit Manager Clinical will be offered an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour and the annual salary for this position is £37,440. This exciting position is for full time on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
