As a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching Personnel, you’re the vital link between our schools and candidates. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector (primary/secondary/SEN) and will be responsible for building your candidate pool and school base across a local area. You will Be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent job placements Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business across your local area We are looking for individuals who have a passion for education and making a positive difference every day. Other ideal qualities include: Confidence and resilience A ‘can do’ attitude Strong communication skills Team player An always improving mindset You must have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle. We may consider applicants who are currently learning to drive. Along with excellent training and a structured career path, you can expect a fantastic starting salary depending on experience plus uncapped performance related commission.
