Client Manager / Business Development Manager £90,000 - £110,000 depending on experience + bonus + car + family medical insurance + other benefits This position ideally will be based out of central London, however Epsom, Croydon and Aldershot could be potential base locations. This is an extremely exciting positions for someone looking to join a business which will allow them to contribute to the whole strategy of the company, despite being a well-respected consultancy they still operate with a boutique feel to them, allowing you to make a difference and be recognised. Our client has huge growth plans within the Security, Government and Intelligence market and are therefore looking for a Senior BDM/Client Manager to join them on this journey. You will need to be capable of shaping and driving accounts, successfully hitting and exceeding targets year upon year. About you: *Track record in business development within the government sector and government frameworks *Experience working with some of the following clients: Home Office, HMRC, MOJ *Experience winning clients, working on pipeline development and strategic pursuits *Experience delivering work within assigned accounts, ensuring that it supports the customers' requirements About the role: *You will spend most of your time with clients and client facing teams to identify and create opportunities to build a healthy pipeline of opportunities *You'll be tasked with creating a high performing team that is client and sales focussed, creating and shaping opportunities with potential clients and driving the pursuit a successful sale. *Form a deep understanding of clients and their businesses *Lead bid responses and develop attractive and commercial propositions *Provide management information against KPI's to the account team for monthly and quarterly reporting * Responsibilities: 1.Lead client relationships, spot opportunities and shape these opportunities 2.Pipeline development within existing and new clients 3.Oversee delivery within assigned accounts, ensuring the appropriate resources are being deployed and checking that customer requirements are fulfilled. 4.Be a people manager, inspire through leadership and contribute to the high performaning environment in which our client has already created. Salary
