Administrator Hereford Up to £18,000 Full time 8.30am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday My Client based in Hereford are looking for an Administrator to join there prestigious team on a permanent basis. We are looking for candidates to provide a high level of support and effective administration service to the Operations team. The responsibilities of the Administrator: " Undertake all administration duties relating to contract information records from point of order through to issue to Contracts team " Data input of purchase ledger invoices and sales ledger sales invoices " Retrieve and collate contract information from contracts files for Sales team progression " Arrange courier transport, including invoice administration " Receive and direct incoming calls via switchboard " Meet and greet visitors via Reception " Undertake other general reception duties " Process incoming and outgoing post " Manage stock control of workwear " Control and maintain site stationery " Undertake ad-hoc administration projects The requirements for the position: " Previous administrative experience " Ability to multi task well " Have a good telephone manner " Show a good ability to manage customer relationships If you think you would suit this role then please call Sam at Pertemps Gloucester or click APPLY NOW - (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
