Cambridge –Support Manager – Permanent (40-50k) This is an excellent opportunity to work with our great client who are a Software company who deal with data security for sensitive information. They are looking to recruit an experienced Support Manager who is experienced with providing customer support and providing technical knowledge around web services and programming. Main Duties: + Coordinating customer issues, including escalation management + Manage the support team + Conduct training and live debugging sessions for customer facing session + Provide data analysis of the product Skills you need: + Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk + Experience in a support management type role is required + Experience with scripting or development in Java, C/C++, Python, Android or IOS Benefits: + Flexible Working + Company bonus scheme + Option to have a 7% employer pension contribution If you are interested and you fit the requirements above, please apply with an updated CV.
