An opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded, award winning company working at their Head Office. They are looking for a detail orientated and process driven Asset Records Administrator. This is a full time Temporary position for 9-12 months and there could be further opportunities within the company after this. Working in a supportive team and reporting to a Team Leader, your daily duties will include: Supporting the team with various administration including producing reports Creation and issue of project paperwork in line with company policy and procedure Checking the validity and accuracy of documents in order to accept work quotations Rejecting documents that do not meet the policy standards and giving feedback for corrections Input and upkeep of project database and spreadsheets Deal with requests to supply asset information Liaising with external customers both over the phone and via email Liaising with Project Managers and Business Unit Managers throughout the businessPerson specification: An accurate and conscientious worker that has an eye for detail Self-motivated and able to work as a team or alone Able to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines Confident telephone manner Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel, Access would be an advantage Able to communicate effectively and politely both verbally and in writing with colleagues, managers, customers and third parties Patience and ability to gather information from several systems to investigate difficult tasksThis is a fantastic opportunity to develop your office career and build a diverse base of transferable office skills.
