Job Description

A rewarding and busy role working within a first-class Manufacturing company is available for an Administrator based in Edenbridge, Kent. With excellent interpersonal and organisation skills you will be responsible for supporting the company in many office and administration duties. You will be looking to achieve a salary up to £20,000.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your duties will include

  • Answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors to the company,
  • Setting up meeting rooms and dealing with post and couriers.
  • Other administrative tasks such as purchasing of stationary and production of manuals
  • Supporting the sales, marketing and project management departments in a variety of administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

To be able to be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate good IT skills coupled with accurate and fast data entry ability. You will be a strong communicator and have strong administration skills ideally gained within an office environment.
