Cooper Lomaz have a fantastic opportunity for a part or recently qualified accountant to join an internationally recognised employer as Supply Chain Finance Analyst. This business facing role will work closely with operational teams across the business to give greater financial insight on spend and costs, ensuring the business can maximise opportunities for efficiencies. As Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will work as part of the Operational Finance team to review all procurement and manufacturing costs, whilst also tracking spend vs plan.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: - Use Financial Models to review and monitor trends in environmental footprint as part of supply chain process - Analyse core operational KPI's, taking ownership for consolidated reports for Operational heads - Continually monitor budgets and forecasts for each division, tracking performance vs plan - Review costs of Production and logistics and analyse opportunities to reduce spend - Support Ad hoc Supply Chain and procurement projects within the global business units.
The successful candidate will ideally be a nearly/recently qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong Excel skills. Candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments, attending regular supply chain meetings to provide financial insight. Your ability to influence decisions as part of these meetings will be key to ensuring the business continues to meet its operational objectives.
