Fox are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join an energetic, award winning Auction House selling property through the modern method of auction.They are looking for a customer service focused indivudual to contribute to growing their business by ensuring a high stardard of service to clients who are in the process of buying/selling property. Since the company started 10 years ago from a team of 5 to become the UK's no 1 Auction provider, boasting 4 companies employing over 150 members of staff, they are looking to expand their ever growing support team. They ensure all staff memebers are valued by paying competitively, rewarding each memeber of staff a 5% bonus whilst running company events quarterly; Spring Family Day, Summer Music festival and ofcourse the Christmas party abroad to name a few.

The Role & Responsibilites;

* Acting as the primary contact for clients form point of sale to completion

* Handle the day to day property opterations and client relations of assigned properties

* Accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external parties

* Laising with lawyers, agents, buyers and vendors

* Monitoring the progress of each purchase in terms od contracts and payments

* Managing documentation processes and records management

* providing support to other areas of the business required

Required;

* Knowledge and experience in the property industry

* Strong organisational skills

* Good Business knowledge and process of understanding

* Excellent communication skills and good written English a must

* Ability to manage the process and escalate issues where necessary

* Team player with the ability to operate independently and within a team enviroment

* Ability to interpret procedures to clients and other personnel as required

* Ability to guide clients by giving clear and consistent instructions on their next steps

* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationshipswith team memebers, other department employees can company representatives

* Problem solving and decision-making skills
