Their Finance department is known for hiring ambitious and driven individuals, and the Finance Systems team is fundamental to ensuring success in the department and the organisation as a whole.Reporting to the Head of Finance Systems, the key responsibilities of the role are:*Lead on the implementation of a new ERP system*Oversee a small team of systems support officers, managing their day to day workload, conducting 1-to-1s and appraisals, assessing KPIs, and covering workload where needed with a proactive hands-on approach*Escalate complicated user issues, covering all applications used by the Finance department*Liaise with key stakeholders around the organisation, encouraging interaction between users and managers to highlight areas for improvement within the systems*Update and maintain logs of existing issues to create accurate documentation and processing mapping for future reference*Support system users through any periods of changeThis role is an excellent opportunity to play an integral part in an ERP implementation/upgrade project, and as such, candidates who have experience doing this in large, multi-site organisations would be strongly encouraged to apply.To be suitable for the role, candidates should have:*Good knowledge of SQL server and at least one ERP software package*Expertise in multiple Finance Systems*A proactive problem-solving approach and a keen eye for detail Applications are now under constant review.
